While we’re excited to celebrate NTDAW with you, our commitment to our associates goes beyond one week of the year. Our Driver Advisory Council comprises 16 drivers from all across our network, with different backgrounds and experience levels to represent our diverse team. We meet with them throughout the year to hear our associates' voices and get their invaluable perspectives on important decisions. In this way, we’re able to show our associates that we’re listening to them all year long.
