COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – In June, the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Conference met to induct seven employers into the first ever REWARD Honor Roll. The Tennessee REWARD Honor Roll celebrates employers who demonstrate excellence in managing workplace injuries and illnesses by facilitating a swift and effective return to work. The award acknowledges the importance of not only reducing workers' compensation costs, but also addressing the broader impacts that a prolonged absence from work can have on employees and their families.
